Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team, reporting directly to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across the Midlands region by developing and executing sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £42,500 - £50,000 (depending on experience) plus commission incentives, company car or allowance, and comprehensive ancillary benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers across the Midlands region.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and execute plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
