Join Our Team as a Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced senior actuary or risk professional to join our team as a Risk Management Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our strategic growth plans and supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build out our Risk proposition, focusing on qualitative and non-financial areas of risk management, complementing our quantitative risk management expertise.
  • Contribute to winning new client engagements and growing new and existing client relationships, while delivering assignments in risk management, covering UK and international markets.
  • Leverage our Risk Transfer, Investment, and Digital teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Take a lead role in marketing activity, including thought leadership materials and presenting at internal and external conferences.
  • Bring deep practitioner-level insurance expertise, gained in the UK, Europe, or further afield, to our team.
  • Have strong knowledge of Solvency II, both in the UK and Europe, and ideally, equivalent regulatory regimes, such as Bermuda.
