About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our risk management framework, ensuring that it is aligned with our business objectives and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to the business.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide risk management advice and guidance to business leaders and teams.
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and report on risk management performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced risk management professional with a strong track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with business leaders and teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
