About the Role

The Commercial Enablement Manager is a key position within the European Pricing and Commercial Analytics organization. Reporting to the Pricing and Revenue Manager of the region, this role focuses on driving activation and compliance of the global way of working within regional commercial organizations.

  • To work closely with Business System Specialists to ensure regional demands are captured and addressed.
  • Drive activation and compliance of global best practices, ensuring consistency across all countries.
  • Drive return on investment of agreed initiatives, including usage rates and process efficiency achievements.
  • Drive change management within the Regional Management Team and region, including stop/change activation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Key Performance Indicators with regional management teams.
  • Secure competency development and management for all regional users.
  • Be proficient in global business processes and systems, including CRM, CPQ, and PBI, to support local organizations.
  • Contribute to business systems roadmap planning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • High commercial awareness and a high level of commercial experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build business relationships at multiple levels.
  • University degree and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to drive change and customer-centric with a results-driven and process-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in English, with other European languages a plus.
