About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Executive to join our team at Whitbread. As a Business Support Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all customer requirements of new and existing business accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders across those organizations.
  • Support customers with business account queries, including new card queries, report access, card removal and addition, and invoice downloads.
  • Understand the key selling points of our business products, including Business Booker and Business Account, and provide support where necessary.
  • Regularly contact self-serve customers to understand their business requirements and provide support as needed.
  • Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, resolving queries in a timely manner and in line with relevant SLAs.

Requirements

  • Ability to grow and develop strong working relationships with business customers.
  • Experience using business tools, including Business Booker, Business Account MI portal, Business Account Telesales portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales Portal, and CAFÉ X.
  • Ability to build genuine rapport and trust to win support at all levels of an organization externally and internally.
  • Ability to influence customer decisions.
  • Strong understanding and ability to explain the values and benefits of Business Booker, Business Account, and Commercial Agreements.
  • Dealing with difficult business customers, complaints, and queries from customers and/or the sales team.
