Senior Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Children in Care Team on a permanent basis. Based in Maidenhead, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex caseload, including children at risk and subject to care proceedings, to ensure their wellbeing and interests are safeguarded.
- Conduct thorough assessments of need and risk, analyzing relevant information to inform multi-agency approaches.
- Undertake statutory duties under The Children Act and other legislation, including care proceedings, risk assessments, and investigations.
- Liaise with professionals and agencies to achieve optimal outcomes for children and young people, promoting participation and direct work.
- Develop and maintain professional skills through regular check-ins, supervisions, and training opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong social work skills and experience in working with children and families.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
