Sales Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our client's sales team in a busy property company. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries via email or phone.
  • Follow up on sales leads to ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Schedule and confirm property viewings with clients.
  • Analyze sales data to produce insightful reports.
  • Develop effective marketing materials to promote properties.
  • Coordinate up-to-date property listings across various channels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider office operations.

Benefits:
This part-time role offers flexible working hours over 3-5 days per week, with a combination of office-based and remote work arrangements. A competitive salary range is $45,000-$55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
