We are seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team at FFR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting customers via email to follow up on sales enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Scheduling property viewings and ensuring prompt communication with clients
  • Preparing reports on sales data to inform business decisions
  • Coordinating the preparation of marketing materials
  • Assisting with office administration tasks

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This part-time role can be worked over 3-5 days, with flexibility to split time between the office and home.
