Support Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at PA Ross.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including data entry and record-keeping. You will also assist with setting up new products, checking packaging accuracy, and managing consumer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the operations team
- Assisting with the setup of new products and checking packaging accuracy
- Managing consumer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinating with suppliers to support compliance with basic food safety checks and testing requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
Salary: £20,000 (pro rata from a full-time salary of £30,000)
