About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at The Willows care home in Cheshire. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Job Summary

This is a part-time opportunity for 22 hours per week, working days. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing nursing care plans, dispensing and administering medication, and acting as a clinical expert to advise and guide colleagues on clinical issues.

The Willows care home provides general nursing and dementia care for our 61 residents in purpose-built, en-suite accommodation. Our passionate team delivers personalized care in a warm, supportive, and safe environment.
