Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the Product Vision and Backlog for the squad to coordinate delivery of significant propulsion features across parallel vehicle programs.
  • Act as the central point of contact for feature delivery status and interface between the squad and external customers/stakeholders.
  • Communicate clear product goals and prioritized backlog to the squad.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of JLR's systems engineering framework, software development processes, and verification testing capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum product delivery methodology.
  • Experience and knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and tools.
  • Experience of delivering engineering and/or analytical projects.
  • Experience of solving complex technical issues using a structured approach.
  • Experience of managing projects and backlogs in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
