About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a squad, defining sprint goals and EPICS that support team capabilities. As the voice of the customer, you will prioritize the product backlog and drive technical integration and delivery. Your key responsibilities will include aligning with submission to Traction Group and Domain Showcases as applicable, and ensuring the product increment delivery to the Group.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  1. Lead a squad by defining sprint goals and EPICS to support team capabilities.
  2. Prioritize the product backlog by being the voice of the customer.
  3. Drive technical integration and delivery – e.g. major issues, obstacles, build, quality.
  4. Align on submission to Traction Group and Domain Showcases as applicable.
  5. Responsible for the product increment delivery to the Group.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have considerable experience within EDU or Power Electronics, ideally specifically with inverters or power converters. You should possess experience and knowledge in the field of EDU or Power Electronics System and Attributes/Functions or related area, familiarity with virtual assessment procedures and system Engineering methodologies, and Advance Engineering Technology Creation. Additionally, analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and tools are essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
