As the electrical and electronics expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical compliance with customer specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring high-quality output within agreed timelines.

  • Manage a small team in product design, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Lead the product design cycle, from concept to production handover.
  • Drive electrical and electronic innovation for the business, supporting DC circuits to CAN Bus networks.
  • Provide technical support in mechanical design as needed.
  • Ensure electrical designs meet customer specifications and legislative standards.
  • Produce high-standard design documentation, including performance calculations, test plans, and material justifications.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Electrical Design Engineering and familiarity with Mechanical Engineering. Your hands-on approach, combined with an Engineering degree or equivalent apprenticeship, is essential for this role.

You should have at least 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Your ability to collaborate with European engineering teams and focus on customer-centric improvements will make you a great fit for this position.
