About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Service Engineer to join our team at Volvo Penta.

As an Industrial Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with our dealer network, OEM customers, and fleet owners to optimize the performance of our industrial products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote and on-site technical support to customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of our products.
  • Collaborating with the Marine Service Market and Training departments to develop training programs for apprentices.
  • Utilizing internal case management systems to manage technical issues and provide quality reports.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a passion for engineering and a strong understanding of industrial products and services.
