Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Experience Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and managing service operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer interactions and manage service operations.
  • Design initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building customer service processes and optimizing existing processes.
  • Full proficiency in customer service software such as Jira, Zendesk, and CRM systems like Hubspot.
