Leadership Opportunity

Healthera is looking for a highly experienced Director of Customer Satisfaction to lead our customer service team and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies, managing service operations, and creating new processes from scratch to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with our technology platform and purchasing/booking experience for medicine and services.

Your Role
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies starting from creating a great customer experience through collaboration with Product, Tech, and Growth teams.
- Identify customer needs and preferences through data analysis and feedback.
- Design and oversee initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in customer experience management is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving customer satisfaction.
