Reward Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Network HR. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Financial Services Investment business, reporting directly to the Head of Reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and reviewing compensation and benefits in the UK
  • Managing job grading exercises as part of the annual cycle
  • Developing and delivering effective communication materials and training documentation
  • Participating in due diligence processes during mergers and acquisitions
  • Ensuring compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies
  • Providing system reporting expertise and ensuring administrative excellence of benefits operations
  • Supporting the provision of data for monthly and annual reporting

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a Reward or Compensation and Benefits role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical background
  • University degree or equivalent
  • McLagan experience (ideal, not essential)
  • Experience working on projects around creating career pathways and banding structures for job families (ideal, not essential)
  • Workday experience (beneficial, not essential)
  • Financial Services experience or experience working with consultancies that have serviced FS (ideal)
