About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding lab-based molecular biologist to join our team at the Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London. The successful candidate will have experience in development and application of next-generation sequencing assays and play a key role in development and deployment of cutting-edge methods to detect cancer earlier than traditional methods.

In this position, you will work on the analysis of circulating cell-free tumour DNA (ctDNA) using genome-wide and targeted methods for sensitive mutation detection. You will also be involved in developing novel tools for cancer diagnostics by improving existing methods and demonstrating their clinical utility.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to our translational research team.
