Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Showroom Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of sales staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and exceed expectations
  • Maintaining high levels of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest luxury watch trends
