About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Mandeville. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and productive environment, and driving business growth through engagement with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and inspire a small team of sales professionals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Drive business growth through engagement with new and existing customers
* Ensure high profit margins are achieved on all sales
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven sales and relationship-building experience
* Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships
