About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Dutch Business Expansion Executive to join our team at Hightekers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving B2B sales growth across the Netherlands.

Hightekers is a leading provider of contractor management and employer-of-record services, with a strong presence in Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and business development to expand our services successfully across the Dutch market. Your primary objective will be to drive new customer acquisition, manage the entire sales cycle, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess native Dutch and English proficiency, with +4 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development. You will also be proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A competitive salary of approximately €65,000 - €85,000 per year, depending on experience, reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
