Job Title: Café and Chef Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the catering team in the day-to-day production and service of food and beverages to our members and staff.
  • Develop and implement the members and staff dining and hospitality facilities, ensuring quality of food and customer service standards are maintained.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all catering facilities, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Deliver food services operations as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Provide excellent food and customer service, responding proactively to customer needs.
  • Develop the food offer in line with current market trends and company values.
  • Ensure age-appropriate food is available and special dietary requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of delivering excellent food standards.
  • Hands-on Catering Manager experience leading food production and service.
  • High level of communication skills, including reading, writing, and listening.
  • Good understanding and use of verbal and written English.
