About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and hospitality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the catering team in the production and service of food and beverages to our clients.
  • Develop and implement menus and catering services to meet client expectations and budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the catering facilities, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to customer needs and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
