About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. in Derby. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and hospitality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the catering team in the production and service of food and beverages to our clients.
  • Develop and implement menus and catering services to meet client expectations and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our catering facilities, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure seamless delivery of catering services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and hospitality services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
