About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and hospitality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the catering team in the production and service of food and beverages to our clients.
  • Develop and implement menus and catering services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Manage the financial budget for the location and ensure that all catering operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to ensure that all catering and hospitality services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage and develop the catering team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
