About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and hospitality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the catering team in the production and service of food and beverages to our clients.
  • Develop and implement menus and catering services to meet client expectations and budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the financial budget for the location and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the catering team and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
