Office Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the bailiff team, including email management, telephone duties, and data entry.
**Key Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Dealing with emails and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Answering telephones and providing excellent customer service
- Processing returns on warrants and maintaining accurate records
- Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative abilities, including data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work at pace and multitask
- IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
**Salary and Benefits**
