Job Title: Associate / Associate Director Civil Engineering

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate or Associate Director to join their dynamic Civil Engineering Team in Hook. As a key member of the team, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality projects and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate detailed design and implementation of projects, including highways, drainage, and development infrastructure.
  • Provide technical input into the planning process and support the wider team's financial and commercial management.
  • Manage project resources, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications (Bachelor or Masters) in Civil Engineering and Chartered status.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal processes, planning, design, and technical consents process.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead projects to successful completion.
