We are seeking a skilled Policy and Public Affairs Officer to join our team. As a key member of our communications and fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our policy and public affairs strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor parliamentary activity, consultations, and policy developments to inform our campaign and communications activity.
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, with a core understanding of UK political systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns that raise awareness of critical issues and the needs of people with learning disabilities.
  • Provide strategic advice on key reputational and media issues, and influence campaigns to help build our voice of authority.
