About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality drug and alcohol services to individuals struggling with addiction. As an Alcohol Recovery Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to provide person-centred support and facilitate positive outcomes for our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver evidence-based interventions and support services to individuals with alcohol addiction, including assessment, recovery planning, and aftercare planning.
- To manage a caseload and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- To provide harm reduction advice, guidance, and education to service users and their significant others.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure adherence to client policies and safeguarding principles.
- To deliver high-quality, low-threshold services that respond to the diverse needs and preferences of our service users.
