We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Alcohol Recovery Specialist to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our Camden service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support and guidance to individuals struggling with alcohol addiction, helping them to develop and implement effective recovery plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the needs of each individual, and develop tailored treatment plans to address these needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective alcohol support programs, working closely with individuals to help them achieve lasting recovery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to reduce the harms associated with alcohol use, and promote a culture of recovery and well-being.
- Foster engagement and participation from carers and the wider community, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard in shaping the support provided.
- Advocate for crucial partnership services, breaking down barriers to support and ensuring that individuals receive the care and resources they need.
- Support individuals in reconnecting with their communities, promoting recovery, resilience, and self-determination.
- Build connections with employers and the wider community to support people on their recovery journey.
