Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in managing teams and implementing strategies to drive business growth. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential qualities for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 20-22 days annual leave (rising to 25 days after 12 months) and a Colleague Clubcard discount scheme. As part of our dedicated training program, you will have access to ongoing development opportunities and career progression within the company.
