About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in a key role. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales, KPIs and people within your store, working closely with Store Managers to achieve success. You'll lead, develop and inspire your team, providing excellent customer service and sharing your passion for the outdoors.

Requirements
- Experience in retail management
- Strong commercial skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A flair for visual merchandising
