People and Culture Strategist

The Air Ambulance Service Limited is seeking an People and Culture Strategist to join our team. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, covering maternity leave for the Head of HR role.
The successful candidate will lead the rollout of the People & Culture Business Partner model, ensuring tailored, data-driven support for senior leaders and managers. They will also develop and implement workforce planning and succession strategies to build organisational capacity and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per year, plus benefits. Our ideal candidate has held a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of People or equivalent, with experience leading organisational strategy at Board or executive level. They should have a proven track record of delivering strategic people leadership, including workforce planning, cultural change, and transformation initiatives.
