Commercial Material Purchaser

We are a leading luxury house builder seeking a Commercial Material Purchaser to join our team at Constructive Moves, based in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing material procurement across multiple projects to maximise company buying initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the purchase of commercially viable materials to meet contract and environmental requirements.
  • Providing technical support and advice to project teams on material-related matters.
  • Reviewing contracts and tender drawings for compatibility and understanding market fluctuations.
