As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site operations, enforcing compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate activities and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, quality control checklists, and material usage logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a site engineering role, preferably within commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
