About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior In-House Counsel to join our Materials Analysis team at Oxford Instruments plc.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with international law expertise to work closely with our Sales Team and Group legal department, providing comprehensive legal support to our business.

  • Job Description:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including sales agreements, agency and distributor contracts, collaboration and license agreements, and supporting new initiatives.
  • Enhancing contract management procedures and assisting in developing template documents to streamline processes.
  • Ensuring the business complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, offering guidance on contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters, including dispute resolution.
