We are Paradigm Housing Group, a charity dedicated to providing safe and sustainable homes for those in need. As part of our mission, we are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a seasoned Solicitor with expertise in housing management, anti-social behaviour, and property litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential landlord/tenant law, civil procedure rules, and contract law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services, managing complex cases, and advising senior leadership. You will also contribute to the development of our legal risk register, champion a culture of legal awareness, and lead training sessions for colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage an active caseload of contentious housing management matters
  • Provide expert legal advice to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and lead training sessions for colleagues
  • Support the management of legal risks across the organisation

**Requirements:**

  • Proven expertise in housing management, anti-social behaviour, and property litigation
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing relationships with senior leaders

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
