QA Director for Pharmaceutical Innovation

taylorollinson Ltd is a leading biotech company based in Cambridge, seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive cGMP compliance and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires a seasoned QA Professional with a proven track record in GMP quality assurance within the biotech sector. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a Team: Manage a team of 2+ QA members, providing guidance and support.
- Developing Quality Initiatives: Collaborate with the QA team to design and implement new initiatives, ensuring ongoing cGMP compliance.
- Oversight of QA Processes: Supervise various QA-related functions, including CAPAs, risk management, change control, internal/external auditing, and supplier management.
- Training and Development: Deliver training sessions on QMS and GMP for the QA team.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A degree in a biological or biotechnology discipline (BSc/MSc/PhD equivalent).
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical QA sector.
- Proven GMP quality experience.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating a Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant documents.
