Job Description

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking an exceptional DMPK professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Medicinal Sciences. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative therapeutics and make a significant impact on the company's success.

About Us

We are a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing a novel class of medicines, referred to as Bicycle molecules, for diseases that are underserved by existing therapeutics. Our constraint facilitates target binding with high affinity and selectivity, making our molecules attractive candidates for drug development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Representing DMPK in partnership with drug discovery medicinal chemists and pharmacologists to design and execute non-clinical studies in support of multiple projects.
  • Designing and implementing the appropriate DMPK strategy according to the stage and needs of a project.
  • Tracking DMPK budgets for CRO's and contributing to project spending forecasts.
Requirements
  • MSc/PhD in a relevant scientific discipline such as drug metabolism, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Experience working on DMPK drug discovery and/or development projects with a track record of problem-solving and successful delivery across drug discovery.
  • Ability to adapt your working style to suit different cultures and partner expectations in both remote and office-based environments.
