We are seeking an exceptional QA Director to join taylorollinson Ltd, a pioneering biotech company based in Cambridge. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for driving cGMP compliance and overseeing a small team.

Responsibilities

This role requires a highly skilled QA Manager with extensive GMP quality assurance experience within the biotech sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2+ QA members, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Quality Initiative Development: Collaborate with the QA team to design and implement new initiatives, ensuring ongoing cGMP compliance.
  • Process Oversight: Supervise various QA-related functions, including CAPAs, risk management, change control, internal/external auditing, and supplier management.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions on QMS and GMP for the QA team.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A strong background in a biological or biotechnology discipline (BSc/MSc/PhD equivalent).
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical QA sector.
  • Proven GMP quality experience.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and updating a Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant documents.
