About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Reed Exhibitions Limited Company. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and cultivating strong relationships with our Tier One customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to surpass revenue targets across all revenue streams.
  • Maintain Strong Customer Relationships
    • Regularly visit clients in person to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand Customer Needs
    • Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand Customer Relationships
    • Expand relationships with existing customers by consistently offering solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery
    • Ensure timely delivery of the correct products and services to customers.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Act as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve Customer Issues
    • Resolve customer issues promptly to uphold trust.
  • Generate New Sales
    • Take an active role in generating new sales and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
  • Provide Progress Reports
    • Provide regular progress and forecast reports to stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Utilize Market Data
    • Utilize leading market data to demonstrate the value of participating in events and increasing investment to clients.
  • Customize Product Packages
    • Customize product packages to meet your client's specific goals, including event participation, digital products, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Stay Up-to-Date
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies to confidently represent Reed Exhibitions Limited Company at industry events.
