Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, exceeding revenue targets across all revenue lines. We require double-digit year-on-year growth on our key accounts.
- Regular face-to-face client visits are essential for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any customer issues and problems efficiently to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales and turning them into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Utilize market-leading data to represent to clients the value of participating in events and increasing investment.
- Tailor product packages to meet your client's specific objectives, offering event participation, market-leading digital products, and sponsorship & branding opportunities designed to help your client achieve their goals.
- Stay ahead of future trends and emerging technologies to represent Reed Exhibitions Limited Company confidently at industry events.

- Experience within the aerospace industry is a must.
- Exhibition/Media sales experience is desirable.
