Job Description
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team, responsible for guiding young people and helping them navigate challenging behaviour. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and keen to make a difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to manage challenging behaviour in students.
- Work closely with students to improve their academic and personal performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
