Behavioural Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Guidance Specialist to join our team at a well-established secondary school in Enfield Chase, North London. This rewarding opportunity involves working closely with students displaying challenging behaviour and contributing to a supportive pastoral team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field involving behaviour and experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and positive school environment by patrolling hallways.
- Support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and work closely with the SENDCo and pastoral teams.
- Build meaningful relationships with students to encourage personal development and progress.
- Collaborate with staff across all departments to ensure consistent support for students in need.
Role Details:
- Location: Enfield Chase, North London
- Contract: Long-term, full-time until the end of the academic year
- Salary: £100 per day, including holiday pay (paid weekly via PAYE)
