Job Title: Behavioural Support Specialist
Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Specialist to work with Key Stage 2 pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.
About the Role:- This is a Full-time, Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
- The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on £95-£105 per day.
- We offer competitive pay rates, access to ongoing training, and career development opportunities.
- Our team provides support from a dedicated consultant throughout your placement.
- Provide tailored support to pupils with behavioural needs, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm and productive learning environment.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups to support learning and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs).
- Encourage students to develop social skills, self-confidence, and positive attitudes towards learning.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying areas for further support.
