Dynamic Behaviour Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Enfield, North London. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide one-on-one mentoring to students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalised behaviour intervention plans.
- Implement social skills training programmes.
- Support students to develop self-regulation techniques and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent behaviour management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Gain hands-on experience in behaviour management.
- Work closely with experienced professionals.
- Makes a genuine impact on the lives of young people in Enfield.
- Monday to Friday, term-time only hours perfect for work-life balance.
- £96 per day, including annual leave entitlement.
