Primary School Behaviour Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Primary School Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd in Enfield.
In this role, you will be working closely with a young boy in Year 1 who requires additional support to succeed academically and behaviourally.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement behaviour interventions and strategies to help the pupil overcome his challenges and achieve his full potential.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the pupil's needs and creating tailored intervention plans.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effective communication.
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and adapting plans as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require additional guidance and support to succeed academically and behaviourally.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
