Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Specialist to join our innovative school in Enfield. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH/Challenging Behaviours and a desire to work long-term in a school setting.
Job OverviewThe Behaviour Support Specialist will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to students, incorporating fun activities into their daily timetable. This is an opportunity to work with a progressive and modern school who deliver a highly specialised curriculum to their students.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of working with children with SEMH/Challenging Behaviours and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As part of the Horizon Teachers team, you will benefit from increased career progression options and competitive pay rates up to £675 per week.
About the Role- Provide therapeutic support to students with SEMH/Challenging Behaviours
- Incorporate fun activities into the daily timetable
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve student outcomes
