Behaviour Specialist Learning Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Specialist Learning Support Worker to work with Key Stage 2 pupils in Enfield, UK. This role involves providing tailored support to students with behavioural needs, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
The successful candidate will implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm and productive learning environment, working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning and emotional well-being.
Collaboration with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff is essential in creating Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
A competitive salary of £95-£105 per day (based on a daily rate) is offered for this exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in Enfield.
Responsibilities- Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop individualised plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- Experience working in schools, preferably within Key Stage 2.
- A strong background in supporting students with behavioural challenges.
- Skills in managing and de-escalating challenging situations effectively.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
